  Went during the week in September and it was empty. Felt like the zoo was hired out just for us. It was amazing.

  worst zoo parking in europe. long rows..everybody in brno knows the zoo parking is really crappy, but nobody is making any change..

  One of my favourite zoo. Very relaxed atmosphere and i also like the location in a hill. Easy to get there by public transport.

  Nice zoo for kids, lots of playgrounds and train. Some parts and exhibits are still old and small, but Its being renovated and rebuild constantly. Right now, zoo is in much better shape then 10 years ago.

  Great value for money. Lots of animals from tigers to Pandas and wolves. Play area in the summer time

  open every day, offers a lot of interesting programs and events for both kids and adults. however, some animals (polar bears) do not look very happy.

  ZOOs are supposedly educational and conservational institutions.
  But this is not the case. For the most part, ZOOs work as entertainment for humans and a prison for nonhuman animals. They are created for profit.
  
  There are other ways to educate children about animals that don't involve animal captivity.
