  Bacha, jak od nich odejdete, jsou schopní nechat viset vaše číslo i dva týdny mimo síť a nepustit vás! Takže o nic lepší než O2!

  Compré un chip en Amsterdam. No funcionó en Praga. Fuí a esta oficina y el empleado me informó que no podía hacer nada, y se sonreía sarcásticamente de mi. Una total falta de respeto. Cuándo le pregunté de qué se sonreía me amenazó con llamar a seguridad. Le dije que la llamé y se sentó de nuevo. Un total irresponsable.

  To je docela podvodně spolecnost.
  
  Když oteviráte contract, zamestancí slíbi vám že uzavřete ho bez problem, ale když budete chtit ten contract uzavřit, styknete s celým řadem problem. Nemužete uzavřit contract prijduci na pobočku, jakmile ho otevirali, a musite odeslat 2 dopisy na jejich adress.
  
  Ja mel contract, za kterým měl by platit 258 Kc měsične, ale kazdý měsic platil moc vic, blizko 400-500 Kč. A zatím při uzavřeni smlouvy zaplatil jim ještě 4000 Kč. Takze mužů upozornít vsechny od contract z vodafone cz.
  
  This is quite a fraudulent company.
  
  When you open a contract, employees promise you that you will be able to close it without a problem, just coming to the same branch, but really if you want to close the contract, you will face great troubles. You can not close the contract just coming to a branch when you opened it, instead, you must make a great research how to do it, and then you must send 2 letters to vodafone's addres.
  
  I had a contract with vodafone cz according to which I must pay 258 CZK per month, however, every month they charged me some additional services, and I paid much more, about 400-500 CZK per month. But the main problem arose when I wanted to close the contract. I paid them approximately 4000 CZK due to all fines and additional services they put on me.
  
  Concluding, I would recommend everybody to stay far from signing a contract with Vodafone CZ.

  Vodafone jsou lumpové, kteří od 13.9.2014 okrádají na datech "nad rámec balíčku". Toto nastavení změnili uživatelům bez jejich vědomí (informace pouze zavádějící SMS). Nastavení si můžete vrátit, ale jak v Samoobsluze, tak na pobočce to nefunguje spolehlivě a na další faktuře máte opět o několik set korun více. Jsou to lumpové. V roce 2015 okrádali podruhé. Pokuta od ČTÚ.
