I am a Canadian citizen currently living in the Czech Republic. I needed to clarify some info by the phone but like is always busy. The automated reply system made me wait for 4 minutes and then hanged up on me. I called twice but no luck. Because I do not reside in Prague but more than two hours away by train, it is very important to get access to the consular services by phone. I really hope this is a temporary situation due to proximity of Xmas holidays.
