Somewhat hidden in the quiet Pasaz Platyz located off Narodni trida, this place is literally a treasure trove for artists. From easels to sketching pens it can all be found here. The shop window display is interesting in its own right. Prices are lower than in the UK. The selection of notebooks is particular good.

We were sightseeing in Prague for the weekend and I'd read online that this store carried a particular brand of paint I was looking for (Golden Open line). I decided to check it out since prices are lower in the Czech Republic and we were close by. I was very pleased to find the store, tons of great stuff, very helpful staff (one nice English speaking lady was very helpful), and decent prices. Better than Germany anyway. The only negative was the store was a bit hard to find set back in a courtyard type setting off the street a bit, but once you find it you're Golden!
