The cashiers are rude.

The tax free guy after the passport check would ask you to showcase all the goods even those which are already in the luggage. So ensure you post a stamp before check in. The guy is VERY rude

Принимают только global-blue! Желтые конверты tax refund (из италии) в аэропорту не принимают и во втором терминале тоже)

Поставьте сначала штамп на таможне! Это при входе чуть пройти и слева будет табличка customs) А то отстоите долгую очередь зря! Курс крон на рубли не очень :(

Работают оооочень медленно. Очередь из 20 человек в два окна, около 30 минут. Здесь заканчивается Европа :(
