Compared to YMCA in the U.S. this place sucks. All the equipment looks like it's used and some machines are just randomly broken. Also, their equipment seems to have been made as ergonomically and functionally obnoxious as possible. Dumbell benches don't adjust well at all and it's just extremely annoying. I don't ever write reviews but considering YMCA's reputation in the United States as being a sort of premium gym, this is the same price and not impressive at all.
the Gym is good but machines, dumpbells and barbells are a bit old, here you can taste an old skool bodybuilding workout, price is good.
PS: FULL OF ITALIANS
Old rusty gym equipment but lots of space and nice staff. Also a clean gym (aside from the rust which is arguably unavoidable due to the age of the equipment). Thanks
Best fitness I found in Prague do far.
They have a lot of equipment. Machines, dumbbells, racks. The toilets stink TERRIBLY
Gym equipment are proper old and rusty. But the swimming pool is decent and sauna is quite good and big. Showers aren't really in a good condition either
Just used the conference rooms, quite happy with the quality.
If you are in Prague, Don't worry. You have a great spot here to workout. Everything you need. I flashed my YMCA card from Philadelphia and they laughed at me! LOL, great people, fun!
Wide selection of training lessons, swimming pool is almost never crowdy
Great gym for tough workouts. Not so fancy, but amazing set of iron!
