  Very nice hotel, near Karlovy Vary. Staff, service and management of the hotel are great. Little things which the hotel make stand out so much are for example, waiter Jan noticing how much my boyfriend liked the juice in the breakfast so he came and refilled the glasses and also in general always so friendly to us, made us fell almost like home ☺. Or the waitress which always remembered our drinks and room number, just so friendly and helpful. The housekeeping lady who always folded and placed my sheep pillow in a different way, every time she was there. Made us always smile and feel happy every time we came back. Little things like that makes the hotel one of the best I ever been, including five star hotels. So try it out, and take your time, to walk also through the forest to the city, there is a nice path from the hotel.

  Good and friendly service, excellent food (breakfast & dinner), nice view.
  
  Note this is 5-10km outside of the city.
  
  Only minuses are smallish rooms and missing sound isolation between the rooms.
  
  No sauna.

  Nice place, but the language barrier is quite big. They speak czech, german and english, but the last 2 is not wery well. Food is good, tho the timing is bad because of the language barrier.

  Nice hotel, the food is not great, great views, spa is nothing special, a bit far from Karlovy Vary but getting there is easy by car or bus or a nice 40min walk through the forest. Wi Fi is terrible so better not to rely on it at all.

  Peaceful resort off from the city centre.
  We stopped here for lunch and did not stay in the property. Lunch was pretty good.
