  The best choice if you travel with family! Clean, large and modern. Kitchen equipped well, even washing machine. Air condition room. Very polite receptionist make sure your smooth check-in and check-out.
  All guests have free breakfast at restaurant nearby. Free Wifi and free parking available ( parking lot 7 min away)

  Loved the rooms But
  The checkout is as fast as watching paint dry
  There is zero parking
  Breakfasts is a bit poor
  There is no air conditioning
  There is significant road noise when you open the windows
  Wifi didn't work for me and
  There was no reception to talk to about it because they pack up at 2100.

  I really liked this place. The apartment was spacious and probably the biggest place we stayed at on our two week trip to Europe. The room was clean, the bathroom was big and the beds were comfortable. They also have a nice breakfast that is included in the price. If and when I am back in české Budějovice I will most certainly be staying here. I would recommend to anyone. The only drawback is there is no parking and it is even quite tough to find parking to unload your luggage because it is on such a narrow small and busy street.

  in the centre, big room, high speed wlan. but very noisy from neighbors, and from the street. no parking on site, no late reception. maybe enough for private, but recommendable for business stay.
