  Thank you for the great service, we rented all the wedding decorations for our wedding from this rental company and we are extremely satisfied. In addition, Ms. Gregorová gave good advice on arranging the wedding and I can only recommend it.

  We had loaned chair covers, beer sets and also a wedding table. The chair covers arrived with dirt and the end table was said to be "antique" but it was completely eaten up..that the leg immediately fell off when we brought it to the place. When returning it, we were told that the holes were made by us and the table was also destroyed thanks to us..at the same time, the leg showed that the leg had already been glued at least once. So they paid for everything (they didn't care that we weren't responsible for it and didn't even have photos of how the goods were delivered) and I haven't seen a more arrogant owner (Especially Mr.

  I borrowed tablecloths and blankets, so I wanted to. In the first email, Mrs. Gregorová confirmed the sending on August 16. with delivery on 17.8., according to which I gave her the address at work. 17.8. nothing arrived, and when I called, Mr. Gregor told me with icy calmness that he would send it only today, i.e. 17.8., that even in the contract there is delivery UNTIL 18.8. And that if I want, I can change the delivery with the courier. Upon my request for a shipment number so that I could make the change immediately, he bluntly informed me that it would arrive by SMS in the evening. Absolute disinterest in solving the situation. The wedding was on August 19. and due to a complication with DPD (the contract included GLS), the tablecloths did not arrive. They still got paid the full amount for the loan even though the shipment didn't arrive on their latest delivery date. No apology, no nothing. I had to chase them for bail. So I highly, highly do not recommend it.
