Very helpful and friendly proprietor. Machines work well and seen to be well maintained. There is ample seating and toys for kids.
The low rating is because of the severe odor from cigarettes. The proprietor clearly is trying to get away with not following the law about smoking indoors and the smell was so bad I was afraid I was going to be sick. I left not only needing to wash the clothes I was wearing, I needed a shower.response / report this review -

Very friendly and helpful staff. The machine are working fast. Aprox 90 min for wash and dry. Not very crowded at 10am on a Saturday. Allowed to use own detergent.
Wifi doesn't work, but there are computers available.response / report this review -

The owner is so sweet. He can speak English fluently and try to help us to save course. Comfy seat and good Wi-Fi. Recommended for tourist who want to clean their cloths with reasonable budget.

The best laundromat in Prague center!!! I love the stuff and service!!!! Very low prices and coffee for free!!! This place is just much more better then the other laundromats in PRAGUE

It's a rare laundromat in a city lacking many options for travelers. Friendly and helpful staff. A free cup of tea or coffee is included, and there are super comfy couches to chill on while you wait. A large load of laundry, washed and dried, with laundry powder, cost 260 CZK, and took about 40 minutes for each cycle.

I have been going to Andys for the last SIX years and have found all the crew there to be very helpful, polite, excellent English speakers and very patient with all the dumb questions from customers:-) '"Can I wash my clothes here? Is this the laundromat?'" The service has always been excellent, machines clean and good coffee:-) If there were six stars, I would put this. I would reccomend this place to everyone! All the best and see you again soon. David

Great for budget travelers and you can tell a lot of locals is the place as well. Super helpful staff! More places should be like this around Praha.

This is one of the only laundrettes I have encountered on my travels with a manned counter. The lady was very friendly and spoke good English. All the self service washes come with a free tea/coffee. There is free wifi to use. Also a few desktop computers to use free of charge and a quiet area with sofas with books and magazines to read and toilet facilities! Great place to do your washing and catch up with the world if your on your travels!
