  Food was good, beer also, waitress woman was speaking English, but they did not have kitchen open until closing time, so we couldn't order some desserts. We survived it. :)

  This place acts as a high end place but very little except the prices correspond to that. Food is average at best, service is often rude, music is too loud. The only thing I come here for is Hoegaarden beer, which they know how to serve.

  Right in the middle of one of the liveliest streets in Brno. They offer tasty dishes, mainly Czech but sometimes they can surprise you with something more international. They offer staropramen beer, so if you're looking for something more adventurous you'll be an it disappointed.

  A decent place looking more posh than actually is with no special drink menu (plain Staropramen as it's the brewery's chain pub) and many people smoking all around you.

  We know many great places to eat in Brno but it was the first time we came here to, what is not easily translated as, "The Crazy Goose" - with its meaning similar to how a person acting a little 'shot in the head' might be described. The food was amazing, out of this world actually. You absolute must try the garlic soup starter - it's a taste explosion!! But what really stood out for me in this very classy and atmospheric restaurant was the exceptional attitude of the staff here. They took a lot of pride in ensuring that all of our needs were met. They did this with a genuine desire to be of the best service, with amazing communication skills, both Czech and English, and were obviously very happy about the fact we had such a good experience with them. Pavlína who served us is was very attentive, polite, warm, professional, ensuring we had everything we could possibly want whilst at the same time giving us the space to have a most intimate meal out celebrating Lenka's name day :).

  I've only been here for drinks, which range from interesting to knockouts. The hot chocolate is insane, so if you or your dining partner has a sweet tooth and want to try something purely indulgent, go for that. However, the bar tends to get VERY smoky, so be warned. You'll smell it on your clothes and skin for several days.
