I speak for the 25m indoor swimming pool (the outdoor 50m swimming pool that used to be operational during the summer has been closed for years - I heard it is to be eliminated and replaced with an aqua-tobogan : something really fishy must be happening here Anyway had the 50m been operational, I would have given it 5 stars as it was a joy to use in its time). Back to the 25m indoor swimming pool: staff is pleasant and polite, it's very clean. The swimming pool is not too crowded, typically varying between 1 (me) to 7-8 people max, which is not bad at all. Lately, the temperature of the water has been excellent. Co-swimmers are respectul and polite. All for a very decent price. Last but not least, adjacent to each changing room (so: 1 for the men, 1 for the ladies), there is a fantastic - free- turkish bath, second to none (I'm comparing with the 4-5 stars hotels where I have been); it's a delight to go there after my 1.5km swimming session

Městský plavecký stadion na velmi pěkném místě, cenově dostupný, ovšem už dlouhou dobu přesluhující a bez jakýchkoliv inovací, jako by se tu zastavil čas. I hygienické podmínky by mohly být lepší, snad se Písek brzy dočká nového stadionu!
