After my last visit I am greatly disappointed. I tried the beef goulash and it was the second worst goulash I have ever tried. The meat was tough. I could not even cut it with the knife. The steam dumpling side dish was definitely not steamed and was so dry I could not cut it either. The grilled sousage on top was suprisingly delicious. Best not to try anything beside burgers or fried cheese. Old: Great beer, delicious food and friendly staff. I would recommend making a reservation, this place is quite popular. Their specials are burgers.

great beer, great food - have the sausage, it goes down great with a pivo. Busy at lunchtimes, early evening is maybe a little quieter so go then to bag yourselves one of the fab high tables. I arrived a weary traveller with a raging thirst, speaking practically no Czech and was made very welcome

Great beer place in city center. Burgers and similar staff worth trying and also the soups (!) are awesome. Often full or reserved. Better to make your own reservation. A little bit hidden open garden in the backyard. Some seatings are not very comfortable - tall chairs.

Great pub in centre. Now when the smoking is prohibited there it's even better. Vast selection of food from ribs, steaks, salads and of course one of the best burgers in a city. Beer selection is good too, including Policka and Poutnik. I recommend a reservation because it's hard find a seat there. Also the place can be very very laud. I also never encounter problems with service there. Highly recommend.

One of the best burgers in Brno. Only down side is you need to make reservations as it is always busy and really difficult to find a seat. Recommended place!
