  Very nice and modern hotel. The breakfast buffet is incredible: a large choice of pastries, fruits, marmelades, sausages, cheeses and so on.
  On the down side, the hotel is a little bit far from Ostrava very center. It takes around 20min by foot to go and find good downtown restaurants.
  All in all I liked this hotel and stay very much.

  I stayed for 3 nights during a purely touristic visit to Ostrava. I wondered if I should choose the Park Inn or something downtown. The thing is this place has great ratings overall and the places downtown have reviews saying they are noisy, run down, or that the prices are very high etc. So I chose the Park Inn and I must say it was a good choice. The hotel is superb and downtown really is just a 15 minute walk away. Or a 2-3 minute ride by the cities excellent, safe and very cheap public transportation system. Also I must add that I came to Ostrava during a record breaking heatwave this summer. And this was no problem for the Park Inn's air conditioning. Which is really something. A few days earlier, during the same heat, I stayed at a hotel with excellent reviews in nearby Katowice, but the air-com there actually gave up and the staff just apologized that it's either insufficient or shockingly loud as it works on the fullest of full capacity, but not here. Here the air-con was perfectly quite, yet managed to keep the room cool (or even cold if you set it like that) during weather which happens every 30 years in Ostrava :)

  Stayed in hotel for three months, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are bright and comfortable, however the wardrobes are not so big. The food is nice, but the breakfast menu is the same everyday. On the room service menu there is only a few meals and after 10pm they can only make a panini for you. Gym is small but have everything you need and usually there no people. In general I would recommend this hotel.

  My "go to" hotel when i'm sleeping in ostrava, clean rooms, great design, very friendly staff, the food is VERY good and the prices are fair. Love it.

  The hotel is nice and clean. However, the bar and restaurant is horrible, the staff is unexperienced forgets the orders and looks very unprofessional. Waited the waiter for 30 minutes to no avail, had to ask the waiter for the menu, ordered and they forgot the order. There was no hotel manager at the reception. Overall very unprofessional and unorganized staff. Hugely frustrated and disappointed. This should be more like a 2 star hotel.
