  Moc příjemný horský hotel určitě s širokou možností využití letních i zimních radovánek. Já tam byl bohužel pouze na jednu noc, takže mohu pochválit pouze hotel samotný. Večer výborná večeře, čisté a pohodlné pokoje, většina s vlastním balkonem. Ráno pak super bohatá snídaně v ceně. Můžu jen doporučit!

  Sehr nettes Hotel, preiswert, freundliches Personal, gleich nach der Ankunft konnten wir auf ein Superior Zimmer wechseln. Die Getränke sind preiswert, Essen reichlich und gut, natürlich darf man darf man kein Gourmet Restaurant erwarten. Zum Wandern uns Sport machen ideal. Fitness Raum und Pool nebst Sauna kann man kostenlos nutzen.
  Wie andere Gäste schon beschrieben haben wäre eine Renovierung der Zimmer fällig, aber es ist alles sauber und ordentlich.

  Great accommodation, food was really good. The language barrier is very present, there was only 2 members of the staff who could talk English and there we're multiple who could talk German.

  So ein schlechtes Hotel habe ich schon lange nimmer gesehen, kann nur jedem davon abraten. Schlechter Service, Zimmer etc. runden das schlechte Image ab. NEIN DANKE

  This place was a disaster Almost to a funny level. Very dated. When they didn't have coffee cups they gave out soup bowls! One morning the entire breakfast was ice cold because they didn't turn on the bain marie. When we told the staff they said it wasn't their job :) There absolutely have to be better places in the area.

  V hotelu se snaží jej dostat na "normální" evropskou úroveň, ale jde jim to ztuha. Člověk zde najde stále bizární pozůstatky doby minulé, ať už jde o personál, design, interiér či jídlo.

  Navštívili jsme v rámci výletu na Panciř hotelovou restauraci na rodinný oběd. Musíme ocenit výborný servis obsluhy. Dali jsme si hříbkové rizoto, svíčkovou, César salát, dětské špagety s tomatovou omáčkou. Vše bylo vynikající. Jako bonus jsme uvítali možnost zabavení našich dětí v přilehlém dětském koutku. Vše čisté. Ceny trochu vyšší, ale kvalita servisu a jídla je jedna z top na Železnorudsku.
