I need to say this first - if you're looking for a place that will have comfy king or queen sized beds - look elsewhere. Our superior double room had 2 single beds joined together, however the gap between 2 matresses was few cm wide. Not comfy at all!
This place is good to stay with your kids - there's animation services for kids on small playground (would prefer something bigger - this one at times was too crowded).
Not far from hotel there's ski bus stop that will take you to Saint Peter or Nedvedin, decent skiing slopes. If you want to go to town in the evening taxi is your only option - there's no parking spots there. Speaking of parking - at times it can be challenging to find empty parking slot near hotel - you might have to walk quite a distance from your car.
Food is decent - nothing outsatnding but there's something for everyone.response / report this review -

Overpriced. Service and staff are friendly. Small room. View from back is ugly - parking and road. TV is broken. Not replaced.

It was the most awful experience I ever had, the worst new year eve, the worst service, so unprofessional, I was completely shocked with the rudeness of the manager. I don't know how could the employees of this hotel give a totally wrong information which is written and then they just simply apologize in the middle of the new year eve and ask us to pay more money because of their wrong offer!! I do not recommend this place at all.

Worst experience I ever had in a hotel. Even though the hotel is very dated and the celebration felt overpriced at 75€, we decided to spend new year's eve there. During the celebration the hotel manager insisted to take additional money for the soft drinks (which were supposed to be included). Staff was mostly clueless, overwhelmed and unfriendly. The food was mediocre.
