The hotel looks much better from the inside than from the outside. New equipment in rooms, nice view, good breakfast, nice personnel. Good value for money.

One of the worst hotel I've been to (especially if it's a four-star). Three ladies at reception - not even one speaks english (in the evening - morning I was able to speak English). Bathroom small and very uncomfortable and very strange odour inside. A/c not working (woke up at 28°C when set 21 before sleep).
Parking in front of the hotel for like 10 cars.
For plus - three extra-speed elevators and great breakfast

We spent a fantastic weekend there. Everything was very good. Rooms are clean, food is delicious and the staff is very nice and helpful.

Goodlooking, in good place, comfortable, good food. Though reception had some difficulties with service speed, but in total its just small thing.

Good food and service. Rooms look old and everything is very loud. Pipes are so loud that you can have problems with sleep. Definitely not 4 star hotel.

Room service is NOT AT ALL as per standards. There is coffee making facility but no milk is provided. I was then asked to collect milk from reception-but after I insisted the receptionist UNHAPPILY sent only two sachets. The manager on duty is not available and would only meet at reception. I asked for ironing facility -no ironing board was given -they asked me to use the bed or table to iron. THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.

Rooms were neat and clean. Very organized and the bathtub was nice. The towels were very rough though, they should fix that.

Very nice hotel. The restaurant is nice and has good, tasty food. The rooms were very clean, good sized, with comfy beds. The bathroom was good too. It is a really nice hotel, but not too fancy.
