Noisy with construction going until 11PM and starting 7AM. Totally disruptive night. Booked 4 star room got 3 star room and nobody did anything about it. Poor service and insufficiently trained front desk staff. You either tailor to customers or go home. So much to learn to be on west style service even after 27 years after end of communism. Not impressed at all. Service is what matters and that wasn't delivered on my stay here

Spa was pretty cool despite ongoing reconstruction. Quite pricy I think.
Restaurant was unpleasing. Wait staff inattentive, food mediocre. The ceasar salad was not actually a caesar salad.
Service is typically Czech- meaning they won’t do much to keep you happy.
Interesting spa experience just avoid the staff and restaurant.response / report this review -

This is an amazing hotel with clean modern rooms, a very nice restaurant and most importantly with a great spa. This was the first time I've experienced a sauna ritual and it was great. The bathing pond is a great way to cool down after sauna. Breakfast satisfactory with some typical regional products, dinner in the hotel restaurant very nice with good service. One thing I would welcome would be if the spa was included in the room rate (or have a room rate with spa included).

Fantastic location on the lake with tons of activities for the whole family. A great place to stay for a week-long relaxing holiday!

We booked a night 'package' detox a week in advane.
*Avoid any packages.. your better off buying things individually.
So we called three times to ensure everything was in order.
When we arrived we found that the 'bowl' of fruit advertised was a plate. To which had (one apple, half a small pear, two small bunches of grapes, two slices of watermelon, two slices of grapefruit and one small kiwi)
When we went for are massages which were part of the package - we were told they were not booked.. which confused me as we had called the hotel 3 times before to ensure no errors.
Breakfast, was below average of any hotel I have stayed in. Bacon and sausages were cold.
Upon paying, we explained the problem to which no one apologies or make right the issue we had other then remove the massage price from the package Which we still ended up over paying from the normal package..

Fantastic place for a time-out. Get a massage and dip into the vast whirlpool with a beverage in your hand. Relaxing can't be more comfortable.

Well, probably the best wellness place in the Czech Republic. Many dry and steam saunas, regular ceremonies, perfectly clean. If only all of the visitors respected that this is a place for relax, not discussions.
