We booked this hotel for our 2 year anniversary and it was amazing! The staff were extremely professional and helpful. The hotel was clean, looked beautiful and in a fantastic location only 5 minutes from Wenceslas Square and 40 minutes walking to the Prague Castle (although that is with meandering through old town and going up the hill!)
The only thing that could have been improved on was the size of the towels provided!
The manager was brilliant and provided us with a complementary bottle of wine on our arrival to help us celebrate our anniversary. The Asmera restaurant was lovely and the food was of a high quality and well presented.
When we return to Prague we will definitely be staying here again.
Beautiful hotel. Staff are brilliant even when we asked to move rooms it was done without any hassle. Breakfast is 1 off the best I've had in a long time.we will definitely be retiring again
A wonderful hotel to stay great service staff fantastic breakfast great location spot on
In general very nice hotel if it comes to rooms, location and food served but if it comes to payment it is a bit disappointing. They tried to charge me for mini bar that I did not have - ok many hotels will not get this service right, my complain was accepted. But they also charged me twice on my credit card for the stay. One transaction that supposed to be cancelled in reality was not cancelled. It took me 7 weeks of clarification until I got my money back. Because of different ratio at the end I got actually bit less money then I was initially charged. It is maybe bad luck but still influenced my perception of this place. If you do not face any problem with payment your stay might be actually good otherwise it might end up in long clarification process.
One of the best hotels we have stayed in this trip, fabulous staff, nice well appointed rooms. Very quiet
Breakfast is exceptional!!!
Loved it will be back in the future, staff were wonderful, hotel spotless, breakfast plentiful 😁
We arrived about 8 hours before check-in so we couldn't go in the room yet. Luckily they were so friendly to ask the cleaners to do our room first so we could still go to the room way before check-in time. Amazing breakfast as well and beautiful high ceiling rooms!
I usually only chose places that are central to the city, but this place has it all and close to most of the popular sights and sounds of Prague. The hotel was great in reaching out to me after booking and offering their transfer service which was top notch and highly recommended for speed and ease. Check in was smooth and easy with a professional team assisting. The art deco building was delightful. Room was spacious and enjoyable with a decent sized bathroom. Hotel bar was not bad and the service was great. Breakfast was modest, but a glass of prosecco on arrival made it all worth while.
NOT RECCOMENDED HOTEL IF YOU DON'T WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF
My family and I were going on a trip everywhere and because it was my sons birthday yay well not for us he was turning which means for this hotel he is an adult but most hotels say it's 14 And they ask us too pay on top of what we paid an 90 euro because when we booked we were paying for a king bed and a child bes to be brought into the room (2 A 1C) So what happens I go down and ask if we can get a different room because we are paying for 3 Adults so this blonde haired woman stares at me with a fake smile and says sorry we can't do that. Soz i go up and inspect the room and it was the worst room he have been in the time of our trip there was fluff on the sheets a very bad ourdor smell the carpet was messy and there was a water bottle there 750ml and you had to pay 75 ck which is about 4 euro and the wifi was very bad everywhere apart from the lobby the in our room didn't work properly but there was 1 good things too the male stuff were much nicer than the female staff earlier we went to holiday in in Vienna that's a 3 star hotel and the room was bigger it had 2 TVs that actually worked properly had free water a bath tub not a shower a gym good wifi everywhere even outside so I don't know if hotel majestic pays people to say it's good or what it was a very bad experience The Most Expensive and The Worst hotel we have been to at this date you should be ashamed hotel majestic
It was perfect, faultless.
The staff is pleasant and services are of high quality.
Central location, clean air conditioned rooms, courteous staff and a Thai massage parlour are all part of this hotel. Having stayed here for the past 3 nights, I was very impressed with the hotel. Notified the hotel that we were arriving early and the room was clean and ready by the time we arrived. Great selection of food for breakfast and option to order off the buffet meant that I can have my Eggs sunny side up. Thumbs up to management!
Service is awesome rooms are big and clean!!
Breakfast is OK and great wifi in every room!
Overall if I go back to Prague most decently will get a room at majestic again
Great location; metro is very close and there's a lot of restaurants, bars and cafes to choose from close by. It's also really close to a lot of the major tourist attractions. You can walk to Charles bridge. The decor is a bit outdated but the rooms are a good size and really neat and clean. They also serve a good buffet breakfast.
