The room was wonderful, the bed was conformable and the bathroom was nice. My only complaint was the wifi would not connect in my room.

Nice hotel, quality service on reception where will always help you. Lunch menu only for 139 CZK is nice for business meeting, close is shopping centre with TESCO, fitness.
My room had all needs, fancy cosmetics, tea with kettle and comfortable bed.
Generaly hotel looks very clean and the best was breakfast will home-made pasties, cookies and gluten free bread.

Check in was good, let us check in after midnight. Little bitisleading on booking sites, it says free parking but the free parking is public street parking where its full. We ended up paying 9 Euros for parking. Rooms were clean and bedding was comfortable but the air con is really loud. Catch the 22 tram into the center it takes just 30 minutes.

We arrived at the hotel at midnight, with our reservation confirmation in hand. At reception we were informed that the hotel was fully booked and there was no room available for us. This, although we had paid one month before.
They then, at midnight, transferred us to another, 4 star hotel - this hotel should not have had more than 2 stars! No air-conditioning and far from the Iris Eden Hotel. We were told that as compensation we would not pay for dinner at the hotel - this was really not in line with the bad service, distress and discomfort we had to tolerate.
Cons:
* In addition the wifi was very poor and most of the time it didn't work at all. The TV was old and small. There was no electricity close to the bed, and very little light in general in the room. We had to disconnect a light behind a table if we wanted to charge the phones or even put it in the bathroom.
* It was near transportation but far from the center of town.

* comfortable room near shopping center

Nice new clean hotel deserving it's four stars. Close to tram stops if you make the wise decision not to drive in central Prague. Service oriented staff solving what could have been a less fun situation. Upon arrival the front desk informs us that there has been a malfunction in the booking system and they're overbooked. This was however swiftly and nicely dealt with by offering us a night at another hotel and then a choice of staying there or return to the iris. Taxi and everything payed by the hotel and a free lunch and drink as compensation.

I spent great weekend with my girflriend at Prague and Iris Hotel was such a nice place to stay xxx Big thanks for everthings.Nice people.clean.food excellent special breakfast,love so much.definitly we will come back x

Not in center but next to big shoping mall and Mc Donalds and also if you want to go to highway quick you are so close. Renevated rooms. Best option for the pricd. Great great reception staff

Room is clean but not fancy. The location is great as the TESCO is right next door and open daily. And if you are going to watch a match from the Stadium it located in. Look nowhere else!
