This is the only gym me and my partner will visit when we are in town. Yes it's smaller then the gyms we are use to but it has everything you need for a great workout. The staff are unbelievably friendly and helpful. They make the best protein shakes after your workout. The gym itself is very clean and well maintained. Also the people that workout are all focused on nothing but the workout which is a breath of fresh air from the gyms in the states we're everyone is on the equipment taking or texting on there cell phones.

We come here every time we are in town visiting. It's a great gym, has all the equipment you need and the staff is always very friendly.
