  Podle hodnoceni jsme doufali v dobry hotel, ale bohuzel obrovske zklamani. Extremne neprijemna obsluha (otravene, pomale a drze servirky). Pri placeni nam pocitali jidla od jineho stolu a nasledne chteli doplatit co zbylo na listku. Jidlo absolutne neodpovida cene (pripalene, odflaknute a malo).
  Pokoje ciste a prijemne zarizeny interier. Skoda personalu a kuchare.

  Hotel jako takový je OK, stejně tak je vcelku hezký i interiér restaurace, kde se na velkém "hřišti" vyřádí i malé děti. Snídaně mě neurazila a hamburger s hranolky mi vcelku chutnal. Bohužel to dost kazí obsluha, která se nechovala vůči mým (možná lehce svérázným) spolucestovatelům moc profesionálně a vznikl tam konflikt, což vím jen z doslechu. Chování některých servírek mi to připomnělo citát: "Otevřel si hospodu, ale chodili mu tam lidi."

  Bit slow with the service and missed a couple of orders. Great for families with small kids, though!

  Vinikajici restaurace interier dobry a obsluha byla mila a jidlo svyckova i dezert byla vynikajici takze davam 5 hvezd.

  The service was very chaotic. There was only one waiter, obviously stressed out serving the guests and taking orders. Burgers were out, so 2 of us had to make another choice. First dish was spicy but some of it also very salty. Well ok maybe the cook made a misstake. Main dish was terrible!! Never tasted this much salt on food. Are they conserving there foods for some years before serving???? That's the way it tasted anyway. Asking the same waiter about this salt mountains made him suddenly dumb and unable to reply in normal sentences. First and last time at Svejk!
