  I have been in this hotel for a week and it was good experience. They give morning breakfast which was Delicious. The staff behavior was very polite. Hotel was neat and clean. Hotel staff can speak both English as well as Czech language which was very helpful for non Czech people.

  All of our rooms were hot with ineffective air conditioning, the breakfast was terrible by European standards and the lifts feel so sterile, like you are in a hospital - it's weird.
