The place is like a flash back to the 70s. Apparently renovated, clean, spacious, but the style, furniture & dress of the staff seem like communism never ended. Rooms are big, food in the restaurant OK, location unbeatable :)

Affordable hotel in the centre of Náchod. Close to the castle. Rooms are of middle standard. Do not expect high end. Breakfast was ok, except they coffee machine did not work. Personal was helpful and nice.

Tried the restaurant - friendly service with good value for money. The pork knuckle was deliciously tender!

It says 4 star hotel but the room had a strong smell i difnt like. Reminded me of my student dormitory. 8 km away in nove mesto hotel rajska zahrada is also 4stars and it is much better, with minibar in the room and free wellness. I have been in both hotels right after each other. I would never go to beranek again. In the restaurant no one spoke english and the door was open so cigarette smoke was constatly comming from the cafeteria while i was eating(i set far away from the door)..the food was good but expensive for local prices
