Perfektni ubytovani, velke pokoje, vkusne zarizene, pokoje s velkou terasou s nadhernym vyhledem, koupelna cista, velmi ochotny personal, vyborne jidlo. Dite se zabavilo na cely den v hernim koutku a na terase na prulezkach. Nemam co vytknout.

Hotel usytuowany w przepieknym miejscu nad jeziorem co zdecydowanie podnosi poziom jego "fajnosci". Sam hotel nic specjalnego, przerobiony z hotelu lat 80-tych, z pewnością brakuje mu wkładu finansowego, nie mniej jednak na przespanie się kilka nocy wystarczający. Każdy pokój posiada taras z widokiem na jezioro co jest dużym atutem. Jednak pokoje nie są idealnie czyste, niby wszystko jest ok, ale ma się wrażenie, że ktoś nie posprzątał dokładnie. Na terenie hotelu dostępny jest niewielki basen (starego typu) i jacuzzi. Sauna nie działała gdy byliśmy. Na górze hotelu jest restauracja z całkiem dobrym jedzeniem i dobrym gatunkiem herbaty (co jest rzadkością). Bardzo miła obsługa to trzeba przyznać, pomocna. Hotel posiada ulepszenia dla dzieci: basen, plac zabaw. Odradzam przyjazd osobom na wózkach i z wózkami gondolami - brak windy i duza ilość schodów.

Krasny vyhled z terasy. Prijemna obsluha. Hodne veci zrekostruovanych. Drive tu byl hotel Terasa. Je videt ze novy majitel hodne investuje.

Velmi milá obsluha, od recepční přes servírky a vrchní až po kuchaře. Pokoje velmi prostorné, tvrdší matrace na postelích. Menší parkoviště. Bazén s perfektní vodou, výřivka minimálně využita. Venkovní prostor před bazénem s lehátky, všude čisto. Drobné nedostatky se dají najít, člověk nesmí být hnidopich. Cena relativně vyšší, ale klid a rodinná atmosféra to vyváží. Držím palce.

Hotel "Terasa" profiles itself as newly reconstructed 4* hotel. I've spent 3 days (& 2 nights) in it and I have no idea how it received those 4*.
First off, only the interior of the hotel is (partly) reconstructed with some flaws. It is absolutely inappropriate for disabled or elder people because of a fair amount of steep stairs with no elevator.
Rooms are large and look quite good but they miss several substantial things. The only thing you find upon your arrival are 2 towels. Unidentified soap/shampoo is located in a box on the wall. There is also huge amount of empty wardrobes which contain 3 pathetic pegs made out of bent metal. Other than that, you will find no slippers, empty fridge and no safe - all of which should be located in 4* hotel.
Rooms deserve 2* or 3* at most (with one eye closed). Also, none of our rooms were visited by chambermaid during our stay (we haven't even seen any).
The conference room felt like a bad joke. It didn't contain half of the things they claimed it on the Internet (no PC or TV), Wi-Fi signal was not very strong and it was build for 20-25 people at most. Webpage claims 50-60 people - even though they would fit, they wouldn't be able to move around very well.
I have not visited pool or the "wellness".
The worst part of the hotel is its restaurant. The food was sub-standard and even disgusting at times. Breakfast were "continental", consisting of ham and cheese already on plate with a little vegetable. The only sort of tea they offered was black. Lunch consisted of soup and second meal. Soup was brought in a huge pot and left for us to serve ourselves. We were allowed to choose out of 2 different meals for the second meal (most of the time "pasta" or some meat). I chose Spaghetti Aglio e olio and they brought me over-cooked macaroni made on butter. For dinner, one could again choose out of two different meals. Since the portions were quite small, we visited the restaurant again later in the first evening (since they told us it was open until 11 pm). The day after, we wanted to have another late dinner but we found the restaurant was already closed more than an hour before its closing hours. Therefore, we had to go to sleep hungry.
Another huge flaw was the staff - we met only 2 members of it during the whole time, the receptionist and the waiter (who was also receptionist during the night). Even though they tried to be kind, they acted very informal and were more suited for a hostel or a pub.
Also, they criticized us during the second day for not locking some back door of the hotel which we had no idea even existed.
Moreover they didn't want us to show our ID cards even when we pulled them out. Other than us, there were no other guests and the whole place felt kinda suspicious.
There were many more weird and unthinkable things and events but this is all for now. I don't want to occupy myself with it anymore. My * rating would be negative if it were possible.
I'll do my best to evade this place for the rest of my life and I recommend you to do the same.response / report this review -

Naprosto katastrofální kuchyně! Personál působil amatérským dojmem, i když se snažili být milí. Pokoje prostorné a čisté. Ale to jídlo se opravdu nedalo jíst.

Hotel nemá pro **** základní vybavení, recepce není obsazena 24h, v koupelně nebyla kosmetika, kartáč na oděvy, V restauraci jsme na polévku a předkrm (studená čabajka) čekali 45 minut. Bazén opravdu zastaralý, voda ve whirlpoolu silně zapáchala. Zvenku hotel rekonstrukci určitě neprošel a hotelové "parkoviště" pro cca 7 vozů připomínalo spíš tankodrom.
