Not upto the mark, central heating in the suite was not working. Lots of noise even at 00:00 midnight. Lift was way too small. On top there is no bar within the hotel.

Ummmm. get the presidential suite with your friends, it's fantastic with a private rooftop patio. Wish we stayed for a week.

Great location, big roomy suites (except for the bathrooms) and a very good breakfast buffet. A real bargain in the off-season, but not the best option during high travel seasons.
The staff is always pleasant and helpful.

They could use parking, because the pubic garage is very expensive and several blocks away.

The hotel is good with good rooms. The rooms are well cleaned. Though the exhaust from the cooler slightly enters the room and leaves a stench. The breakfast is ok nothing great. Staff is good.

Great place for families. 1 bedroom with sofa bed, bathroom and kitchenette. Easy walk to tram Old Town Prague and tram line #22. Good breakfast and free WiFi included.

Really great family hotel - perhaps the best in Prague! The rooms are spacious and apartment style. The kitchen in the room was great. The hotel also has a great location in the center of Prague. There are mini markets nearby where you can buy anything. The service is great as well. Reception was always ready to help. Also, check out the hotel's beer spa!
