I spent a weekend with my very nice girlfriend. the stands are clean and comfortable. The staff are helpful and courteous for every need. there is also a sauna and Turkish bath although not very large. Great location.

After coming to this hotel for several years it got worse. Our door key twice a day eveey day stopped working, the ac was very weak. The pillows is old or just bad quality. The room lights are poor and rhe romm missing lights the room. The carpet in the corridor very dirty. The food is very good and the staff is very polite.

Great location, price, breakfast, service, and cleanliness. I hope to stay again if I come back to Prague. Bed was really comfortable. A small downside is that my room didn't have a bathtub.

Great location, about 3 blocks from the main train station one direction and 3 blocks the other direction from a main shopping street with access to the underground metro. Friendly staff, and clean hotel. I would recommend people to stay here.

It's a nice hotel, there are good restaurants close to it, and the service is good.

Maybe you will have some troubles with the wifi but with a call to reception, everything will be under control.

Pros:
Clean and elegant property close to the Prague train station (5-8 minutes walk).
Conveniently located close to Wenceslas Square.
Comfortable beds and pillows.
Breakfast was regularly good.
Clean bathroom and toliet
Cons:
Air conditioning needs to improve (visited during summer)

Had a great stay for five days. Good prices, nice hotel. They brought me chocolate mousse and strawberries in a champagne glass for my birthday! Close to the Old Town area if you're visiting for holidays.
