Ein schöner Ort zum Entspannen: toll geführter Wellnessbereich, grosse Auswahl an Anwendungen, Sauna, Dampfbad ansonsten alles eher auf gute Organisation ausgerichtet, daher ist es nicht unbedingt sehr romantisch. Das Essen ist gut, aber wird auch eher als ein Punkt auf der Tagesordnung als ein gemütlicher Tagesausklang gesehen. Aber alles in allem wirklich gut, sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Wir würden wieder hin.

Not a nice place. Staff smokes in the lobby, disinterested and rude. Hotel is a far cry from the luxury 4 or 5 star they are claiming to be. The building has been refurbished recently and rooms are big, that is the only positive i can think of. Food is simply terrible, treatments are mediocre and you have to pay cash as well. Location is central-ish but on a hill and away from the main promenade. The city has plenty of beautiful hotels on offer, it's not one of them.

Hotel is exceptional. We stayed in the Junior Suite and it was top notch. Even received size matched robes for our 3 and 6 year old kids. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay while in Karlovy Vary.
