I absolutely do not recommend booking that hotel. We made a reservation a month early under no free cancellation terms and guaranteed with a credit card and they cancelled it by sending a quick email due to OVERBOOKING two days before our arrival. Disrespectful and unprofessional.

When we arrived to hotel we got a letter from Tomas Cook, but in reception guy told us that he doesn't have reservation for our name. First night we spend in quite good room. In the morning we gone to reception and ask what to do next. They told us that we must change room. New room was terrible small. In the night was were loud, because downstairs in night club. Staff is very friendly and kind. Food is quite good.

Very bad choice- I don't recommend it to anyone. The rooms are dirty,small and old.Every night there is a terrible noise from the bar downstair. The staff isn't friendly or helpful at all. The worst: they tried to deceived me.

The service is good and friendly, rooms are nice and clean (very comfortable bed), the wellness center is very nice and the massage we got was one of the best I've had.
But above everything is the food (we were on a HB basis). Breakfast is rich and tasty and dinner is absolutely wonderful. Every day was different, with amazing soups great main dishes and very good deserts.
