Location is easily accessible. Rooms were clean and good facilities. Breakfast was okay. Could have more vareity, there was one coffee machine and so many guests. Staff was really good. Overall, a nice clean hotel for overnight stay.

The room was very nice and updated. The only thing I didn’t like was the tub. It was perfect for a bath but the bottom of the tub was much higher than the floor so it made it difficult to get in and out of. The breakfast bar was nice and had a good selection. We didn’t get the ride the funicular but it looked cool.

Short walk to bus or metro station which can get you to any attraction in the city. Buffet breakfast was excellent although a bit crowded at Rush time.. The two story room on the eight floor we stayed in could use some renovation. Lobby bar and service was good. The funicular to take you to the terrace bar , ran in an orderly fashion and timely. Great views of the city.

This hotel is fantastic! We spent a wonderful few days here for our honeymoon! The staff were all helpful and went out of their way to ensure we had an amazing stay. Our room in the upper building was perfect and all the extra touches they arranged when they found out it was our honeymoon were a fabulous suprise! We are already planning our next stay. 😀

Nice hotel, great look and awesome view from the top. The cable car is a real special feature and was a lot of fun riding when there weren't any loud, annoying kids around playing with it. We went up with it to the skylounge and made a couple of pictures. We wanted to take the walking path down, but the path was closed off, because the restaurant was reserved for exclusive guests. Real shame. Staff was kind and tried to be helpful, but wasn't really thinking with us, maybe part to blame on their slightly less than average English.

Excellent breakfast. Great beds. The only improvement would be a shower with a full glass door to prevent water on the floor.

A very nice hotel, but better suitable for tourists in transit. For a business long-lasting stay a bit too crowded. The restaurant is definitely not big enough to fit all the tourists that come in waves. The service, however is very good.

Beautiful hotel with professional staff. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast bar is one of the most elaborate I have ever seen. The espresso is tasty!

Very nice rooms, although next to busy highway so is a little bit noisy but not overly so. Has gym and sauna which is welcome addition in winter. Nice bar and restaurant facilities
Access to main restaurant is via a funicular which is a fun experience. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Walking distance to most attractions but not right in the centre of tourist area. Tram network is close by. Would stay here again.response / report this review
