I am very disappointed with this hotel which was supposed to be 4 stars but the rooms were dark as a basement and give on to the aeration of the kitchen. The food was not better than in a 2 star hotel

Nice location, high prices, low quality food. The chicken was very dry, the hamburger buns disintegrated when touched and the French fries looked nice but were not very tasteful. No side salad, no condiments. The salad was slapped together as if the chef was angry.

Tak tohle nebudu nazývat vrcholem gastronomie - kuřecí Burger za 250 a Aquilla za 70 no unavený salát, hnusná houska z Lidlu a levný chedar z Lidlu, v tom placnuty mini prso a s hranolkami. Chápu, že je to ve Varech ale jestli tímto krmíme turisty ze světa no potes.

Velmi slušný hotel v samém centru lázeňské části Karlových Varů. Kvalitní ubytování, výborná snídaně, trochu slabší ale dostačující wifi.

Not a 4 star hotel at all
No service (no reception, cleaning lady forgot to clean our room)
Hotel doors are opened without supervision 24 hours
Very poor breakfast + waitress was smoking during breakfast!response / report this review
