Great location. Very close to the metro as well as tram station. Nice clean rooms with breakfast .

Personen, die nicht im Hotel wohnten, haben der Putzkraft einen zimmerschlüssel entwendet und unserer Reisegruppe zwei Rucksäcke und mehrere Wertgegenstände entwendet. Das Hotel kam allerdings für den Schaden restlos auf. Das Hotel an sich war Recht schön.

Na zákaznících šetří. Zažila jsem hotely v Praze ve stejné kategorii na mnohem lepší úrovni za srovnatelnou cenu. Nábytek osarpany, snídaně repetitivní, z pečiva kromě obyc chleba, rohlíků a vánočky nic jiného neznají, na pokoji i v jídelně chladno, pokoje bez rychlovarné konvice či minibufetu, není nikde číslo na recepci, čistota taky nic moc, prostě bída nad bídu. Výhodou je akorát blízkost metra.

The worst service ever from the man on reception. Old rooms, uncomfortable beds and pillows, very bad garage (small and with lots of rubbish everywhere), building needs a total rebuilding or will fall! Never ever will come back to this place and I don't recommend even to a homeless!
