Nie wieder! Mehrfach benutzte Bettwäsche und modrige Duvets.

Dried up dog vomit on the carpet of the suite in which General Patten had once stayed. Absolutely disgusting. Vacuum cleaner anyone? Got a smaller room for our family but she added so many charges as parking and late arrival but didn't tell us about that one until the very end so we ended up paying just as much anyway. Could have lived with the high price if accommodation had been adequate but the carpet was filthy, full of hard bits to walk on, dirty tablecloth, dark long hair all over the bathroom floor. Vaccum cleaner seems very scarce. I actually doubt the changed the sheets. As a place to crash it's alright but then it's outrageously expensive. The hotel eaves a clammy, dark, seedy feeling.

WE WOULD NOT STAY HERE AGAIN. We booked late in the day and were given the state appartment. After finding 2 patches of dried vomit, looked like dog or small child, we were given a smaller room. This was dirty, with hair and bits on the floors. The fee for parking was quite steep and so was the late arrival charge, which was sprung at us at the very end of our stay. We also feel duped as the prices we were charged are double of what we now see online. The staff was very friendly, nevertheless it was a dreary stay.

Bett steinhart (dreiteilige alte Matrazen) / too hard mattress (old three part mattresses),
Zimmer schmutzig (Spinnweben an der Decke, Haare im Bad, heruntergefallener Putz) / dirty room (cobwebs on the ceiling, hair in the bathroom, dropped down plaster in the room),
Bad sehr klein (konnte mich nicht vor dem Spiegel rasieren) / small bathroom (not possible to shave in front of the mirror),
Handtuecher rochen modrig /towels with a mosty smell,
Balkon dreckig / dirty balcony,
Vernachlässigte Außenanlagen (Putz und Vogelkot auf Terasse und Eingangsbereich) / unattended outdoor area (plaster and bird droppings on the terrace and the entrance area),
Mittelmäßiges Fruehstueck (nicht mal ein gekochtes Ei, abgepackte Wurst) / mediocre breakfast (no warm eggs, packed sliced sausage),
Ungefragtes Belasten der Kreditkarte / charging the credit card without being asked,
keine Kulanz bei fruehzeitiger Abreise aus oben genannten Gruenden (volle Kosten fuer 6 Tage, obwohl nur zwei Tage uebernachtet) / because for above-mentioned reasons we departed prematurely after two nights instead of six, no gesture of goodwill from our host regarding the costs,
kein oeffentlicher Bereich (Bar, Terrasse, Sitzecke) vorhanden / public space (bar, terrace, seating corner) is missing,
Hotelbilder zeigen Hotel im Zustand vor 10 Jahren / hotel pictures show the hotels condition 10 years ago

Úžasná paní majitelka! Paní Helga se o své hosty stará, jakoby by byli její nejbližší přátelé. Hotel je velmi čistý, útulný a v centru lázní, kousek od kolonády.
Pokud si chcete užít klidný lázeňský pobyt, mohu pouze vřele doporučit!response / report this review
