  Cleanliness is superb. Wait staff at restaurant is excellent. Food was tasty and well priced with a variety of local and international offerings. Ample free parking but the close spots are akward while the rest of the lot is gated. The front desk staff could take lessons from the restaurant wait staff on friendliness. Great free Wi-Fi in common areas but not in room. I need internet for work and sitting in the common area is not optimal. Typical of continental hotels the pillows are thin and there are no washcloths in the bathroom. Great pressure and temperature but the shower is so small I knock the door open when washing below the ankle. No a/c. My window opens to adjacent rooms with alley below that serves the kitchen. I couldn't stay here during the summer as the room is almost too hot in October and the noise from the kitchen would not allow for you to have the window open. 3 stars is probably generous but 2 is too harsh.

  Lovely hotel, walking distance to Roznov. Food there is always first class and staff is always polite and very helpfull. Definitely recommend to stay overnight in one of the comfortable rooms there or just stop for delicious meal, you won't be disappointed

  i stay here for two days.
  
  The enviroment is very quiet, but there is anywhere downstairs a very good italian restaurant. I didn´t find it!
  
  Hotel: Is ok, outside glossy, inside the same as outsideBeds are also ok, personal friendly. Nice Spa
  Restaurant: Personal very friendly, Prices very cheap as compared to Euro payed countrys. Food is ok, but not very good or like a "4-Star-Restaurant".
  
  Natives sayd: "A good place to be", --> in Czech Republic a good place to be
