My opinion is based on reception service. Serving ladies are really hopeless, unpleasant and surly. I'm sorry but they couldn't and didn't want to help me with anything which I came from. never again visit there.

The building is new, with modern decor, great location and parking. Just make sure to get a room that you can actually use. We were promised two "superior" rooms. One was half the size than the other. Both were converted third floor attics, so they get HOT and the smaller did not have AC in August! The only ventilation are skylights right over the beds, but there was a thunderstorm so they were unusable. After the storm I opened the skylight of the small non-AC one to be able to breath but water dripped over the bed so had to keep it closed. It was a sauna! Complaints only got shrugs. Asked for a fan and got nothing. We just all crammed in the larger room with AC. We managed ok, but can't believe they charged the same for both rooms and the unresponsive management.

They made some difference and they try to offer better services. Worth for try, after the reconstruction Hotel is very nice, tidy and clean as well as new and modern.

I guess you would not find any better hotel in Mikulov, just with the same level of hospitality.

Byla jsem v hotelu Eliška ubytovaná letos v září,když bylo Pálavské vinobraní.Pokoj jsem si zarezervovala již 1 rok dopředu.Bylo mi řečeno,že pokoje budou dražší,jelikož budou po rekonstrukci.
Pokoj byl malinký,koupelna jedna hrůza a nehorázný zápach.Stěžovala,jsem si na recepci,do 2 dnů mě kontaktoval pan ředitel s tím,že mi jako omluvu pošle nějaké víno. Asi po 3 týdnech jsem zavolala na recepci,jestli víno zaslali,ale opět negativní odpověď.Že prý to hned napraví.Bohužel do dneška nic.

Najnovšia izba v hoteli, pekný desing, avšak strašný smrad z kanalizácie, smrdela nielen kúpeľňa, ale aj izba. "Návštevu" chyžnej sme identifikovali iba podľa vysypaného smetného koša, inak neupratuje. Personál takmer nikdy neodzdravil. Raňajky nič moc, špinavý riad a obsluha behá v bielych priesvitných legínach a gumenných šľapkách.

Bad
regular hotel with clean rooms, but if you don't get hot water in the faucets and warm in the room inside, when it's 7 C outside, other things don't really matter.

Regular hotel with horrible Irish pub. No chance to have a dinner with vine. Just junk food with a beer. We had 2 rooms and both had different stink and furniture from 90's.
