Photographs of the hotel are deceiving! Reality sucks! Old Setup with many problems and just an eye wash.
Staff is lazy and do not get up from their seats whatsoever! Impolite and are not trained to talk in a professional manner.
They are understaffed. I saw just three people overall during my 3 days of stay.
Housekeeping : rooms were never cleaned for one whole day and they kept giving reasons that someone would arrive but no one did. They never replaced towels even after requests.
The door locking system is not well maintained. We had to run down thrice to get the staff to come up to check finally and open our door. He struggled himself to do it for us..
Breakfast: Food is out of supermarket cans just dropped into bowls. Basically terrible. Missing cutlery for the breakfast. Had to also wait for it a lot.
Toilet sink and tub was clogged and the water never drained well. In order to fix that we had to wait for over a day!
To top it all, the air conditioner in one of the rooms never worked fine and the staff was lazy and incompetent to solve it and we were frustrated at the end ! We lost all our time trying to fix things.
Very negligent and lethargic attitude! No value for a customer's time and money which is completely unacceptable!response / report this review -

If this is a 4 star hotel im a hungry person with 5 letters. The hotel is so so wrong. The bathroom was maintained probably when my grandfather died (3 years ago). Floor is dirty, the breakfast is for 10 ppl, the dishes are for 7 ppl, cutlery are for 3, glasses and cups are for 5. Air-conditioning doesn't work properly. Perfect 4 star hotel for my dog (French bulldog). Ahh and almost forgot they clean the rooms around 2-4 pm with nice and loud Russian songs. Ohh the 5 letters word is vegan.

This hotel claims to be a 4-star Hotel. If you would close both of your eyes it might be a 3-star hotel. Rather 2.
We asked for an extra bed in one room long before we arrived. We even called 4 hours before check-in to make sure everything would be arranged and there is no misunderstanding. As we arrived, there was no extra bed and we had to "build" one on the couch on our own.
Our mattresses have been so incredibly saggy, that you couldn't even sleep in a horizontal position. (Yes, we asked for another room, which was exactly the same. We chose the less bad then.)
The shower was a bathtub. In all of out three rooms. You have to hold the shower head in your hand, if you want to wash your hair. The temperature of the water changed from ice cold to boiling hot within a second for no reason. (I've seen totally different things in a 4-Star hotel.)
The breakfast was simple. Daily struggles with the coffee machine and missing bowls, cups, fruits and what so ever. We had to wait about 10min after asking for a cup. Oh, and there was something cotton-Fibre-like thingy in our scrambled egg.
The air condition in the room did not work at all. It made sounds and it seemed like it worked, but the temperature did not even change a tiny bit. (Even after a few hours)
Most hotel employees were not very friendly at all. They seemed to be annoyed when you would ask them for something.
The location is fine. Bus connection to the center is easy.
The value for money is definitely NOT(!!) worth it. 0/10 recommend.
If they would lower their prices, take away one star from their entrance door, change the mattresses and look for some more friendly employees, I would MAYBE come back.response / report this review -

I'm sorry to give this feesback, but I have never had such a bad experience with a hotel. Even with the heat turned on, in the room was cold. Keep in mind that we were with our child, 1 year old. The bed was very incomfortable. The mattress had a big hole in it. One day, retuning from the city we found al the bed sheets in the middle of the bed. I did not understood what was that. Also behind the curtains was a lot of dust. And yes, we asked to have another room, but the hotel was full.

Very friendly staff - excellent breakfast according to the price!
Very easy to reach center with line 207 - 3 min walk from hotel door !! :-)

Excellent location and decent price. The quality of the service (including breakfast) varies, but does not have a large impact on the experience. The rooms are calm and reasobably clean. The bathtub is a big bonus, although you better be prepared to adjuast the water temperature. The hair dryers need fixing, so don't wash in a hurry. Without the neighbourhood it would definitely be three stars only, but all in all we really enjoyed our stay.
