The most unfriendly and unpleasant staff ever since I have started my travel history. Ho smile, no "hello", neither reception, nor the staff at the restaurant during the breakfast. I suppose, your hotel is spoiled by Russian tourists, because you wrote in big Russian letters at the buffet breakfast, that you will penalize with 100Kc those, who'll take food from breakfast away to theri rooms. This is ok, but this does not give you any reason to be unfriendly with your guests! Shut down, close your business in hospitality if you don't like working with people. Other minuses: very outdated hotel with holes on the bed linen (see pictures) and my first experience ever, where a TV set was screwed by a self-tapping screw to furniture (refer to my pics attached). Not very clean room. Strange shower system. The room-card was not working in the morning (not only mine, other guests had the same problem).

Hotel is clean tidy and staff are really helpful. Some great restaurants and bars around plus is nearby to both team and metro lines so nicely situated for exploring Prague

The place is very nice, with their own garden inside. Minuses are small room and hard walking to the stations because of reliephs.

Very poor. I booked a double and got a twin. The beds were not even put together properly because there was still a gap between the beds, we had 2 separate blankets (when we asked for a double one they didn't have), no shower gel or shampoo even though we paid more than £100 per night!! Pillow so uncomfortable as they are too thin. We asked for more and didn't have. Our room wasn't serviced the 2nd day even tho we put the sign outside. Room really noisy. Sunday morning someone was banging doors on the ground floor and we could hear everything. We reported that the light in the bedroom wasn't working and a socker was coming out of the wall exposing the wires (not even proper Health & Safety). Staff should be made aware of where to find things and more stuff should be made available for them. We were told by the receptionist that we would get a sort of compensation from the Manager but when we check-out nothing nore was even mentioned.
Only good thing is the breakfast.
Very nice charming City with amazing quality food with selections for celiacs too. Not too expensive. Be aware of people asking you for smaller change when you get money from an ATM, they will give you fake 200 notes! Luckily we were made aware on time because it happenes to us minitus later, twice. Just say you need to keep them!

I rate 1 star just because i coudnt rate 0 star is the most dirty and rubbish hotel i ever see .we book 1 double room for more then 130 pound a night and tge give us a twin room with 2 separate bed and they only said we dont have anymore double without say any sorry then we ask for an extra pillow and they didnt have then the secon day we back to the room about 5 o clock and the room was not clean at all and they didnt even apologise about the last thing i ll say is dont aspect any shower gel or shampoo in the bathroom you have to go and bay for your self! At the end i ll say very rude staff! No custmer service ! No manager! And disgusting hotel .i ll never ho back. rubbish ! And waste of money!

Hotel Dalimil is a very cozy place with clean and quiet rooms and a regular cleaning. When I go to Praha, I always live there. Very friendly and hardworking staff are there. I like the vintage lift.

Was on holiday in the Czech Republic and lived in the hotels. He is in great demand there. Always the rooms clean and tidy, very comfortable accommodation, easy access to the tram. A large courtyard inside, you can walk well. Very nice.

Were here in our wedding trip. Very atmosphere hotel with a helpful personal speaking Russian.
We liked a restaurant on the ground floor. It had a tasty menu. Hotel is situated not far from the center of Praha. There's a park in front of.
We spent an unforgettable time here.

Clean and comfortable rooms at the hotel, regular cleaning, friendly and helpful staff, excellent restaurant on the 1st floor, very nice vintage elevator, cozy patio inside, where you can smoke or drink coffee.
