I definitely recommend this hotel. Great, clean, spacious room with attention to details. I had is a nice complementary gift in my room. Most important they have friendly and professional stuff. Reception helped me to quickly find solutions to all my requests.

We had 3 different kind of rooms and they all was great- clean, comfortable and quite. Breakfast was tasty. All the staff at the reception were helpful and attentive. Location couldn’t be better. Highly recommend.

Cozy, modern, in a great location…

Best hotel in Prague. It’s a four star but definitely 5 star standard even better than some 5 stars in Prague. Rooms are very cozy and clean and modern. The bathrooms are spacious and has a standing shower and bathtub. The location is within walking distance to many attractions, malls, and restaurants. The staff are very friendly. The hotel lobby and bar area is not too big relative to other 5 star hotels but that didn’t bother me at all.

Very central location. Small but nice wellness area. The breakfast was really great. The room nice and clean. The ambiance of the bar is cozy.

The only thing that was negative is the bar staff. The first time we were there, we had to wait quite a while until we got a chance to order a drink.
Which when we got it, sadly didn't really make a good inpression. Both our drinks didn't taste like what we ordered, came in a simple glass, without any garnishing - just ice. One drink should have had Goslings Rum in it, the Barkeeper used another Rum though.

The second time we went to the bar. We waited for about 15 minutes, but there seemed to be no interest in asking us if we wanted to order something. We then chose to go somewhere else that evening.
