Great place. Slightly dated but still very enjoyable. It did not feel soulless which is rare these days.
Firstly you notice that the car park and spaces are way too small. If you wish to keep your car in decent condition, you will need 2 spaces.
Everything is indoors but you have to spend a lot of time walking to lifts situated in the most obscure places.
The rooms were comfortable and decent value. Clean and tidy with enough towels.
You can borrow robes from reception but must leave a deposit. Highly recommended if you are going to swim.
The swimming area is the highlight. Really good with a nice children's area. The water is deeper than normal for the toddlers so you have to be vigilant.
The pool has many areas and the water is okay.
IQ Land was great. There is something for all children and adults.
The indoor play area was nice but dated and some parts look tired.
Overall worth visiting and the kids will love it. 2 day stay is recommended if you wish to enjoy the activities.
Finally. Restaurant. Went to the Italian pizzeria. The service was incredibly slow leaving me having to go the bar to order things. It was under staffed but our waitress was slow, friendly but slow. The meals were good and presented well. Could do with more choice for children. They have veggie options.response / report this review -

Pěkný hotel. Milí recepční i číšníci. Hned se vším pomohli. Chutné i bohaté snídaně i večeře. Na ty jsme byli skoro sami, nebyly úplně nejlevnější, ale výběr byl bohatý a hlavně jsme nemuseli nic řešit a po recenzích restaurací v objektu centra Babylon, jsme nechtěli nic riskovat 😊. Prostředí hotelu pěkné. Pokoje prostorné, v koupelnách veškeré jednorázové potřeby. Wellness velký a pěkný. Jen sauna Afrikana by potřebovala renovaci. Některé věci nefungují a některé věci by fungovaly, kdyby je obsluha včas nachystala, na což se vykašlali, i když jsme to měli domluvené den dopředu. Navíc paní z obsluhy wellness byla velmi nemilá Velikou výhodou tohoto hotelu je pak možnost sjet výtahem dolů a rázem máte s dětmi o zábavu několik hodin postaráno ☺️. Takže my se určitě zase vrátíme.
