Unpleasant service. They didn't say hello, nobody paid attention to me all the time. When I chose a plant, they still looked upset that I was buying something at all. They told me absolutely no information on how to properly care for the plant.

Today I ran at the last minute for my mother's flower, unfortunately I left empty-handed. I arrived at the flowers at 18:48, where the saleswoman, who was just putting on her jacket and watching me look at the flowers, announced that they were already closed. When I asked if they could just sell me a flower quickly, it was NOT, because he already has his cash register closed. Well, I know not there anymore

According to the website and Google, they close at 21:00. When a person arrives at 19:45, they will no longer serve you because they have to close. Willingness to operate a minimum.

I was in the Flora mall and thought I'd stop to get my girlfriend some flowers. The staff was horribly not willing to help. I'm not the best at speaking back in Czech and so when the one employee said something quick to me I spoke in English. The other older employee rang my purchase up and all I had was a larger Czech Krown note (2000Kc). The older lady takes my money and then turns to the younger employee and starts speaking in Czech crudely about me calling me profanity names, thinking I wouldn't understand. Unfortunately I do understand Czech quite decently and think this kind of behavior is HIGHLY unacceptable business practice. I understand my purchase was for only 150Kc but it was the only bill I had at the time and I do not think that this should result in this kind of service, especially when I am a paying customer giving this flower shop my business. I will not shop at this flower shop again nor will I recommend it.
