The Hilton Prague is a huge and luxurious hotel in the north of Prague. It is situated in the city center, near the Vltava River, and was built in 1989. It has 11 floors and a range of amenities including 37 meeting rooms, three restaurants, two bars, a fitness center, and a spa. My room was very modern and stylish. I assume that it was recently renovated. The bed was very comfortable. The gym is very large and has a great selection of equipment. There is also a pool with sauna next door. I was impressed with the selection at breakfast. The executive lounge is also something to behold. Very large and newly renovated. The team was extremely professional and friendly. I will gladly come here again.

Beautiful hotel. The staff was great checking us in. We used the executive lounge twice. They had a great selection of drinks and snacks during cocktail hour. Breakfast was nice as well. Had a lovely experience and would return.

Hotel is beautiful. Rooms are clean and pretty nice. Staff is super friendly, especially Jiri from Front Office. Breakfast is excellent. What is more executive lounge is also brilliant. Restaurants have delicious food and bar, where you can watch the football match is excellent. Location is so good - you can go everywhere you want. Only one minus - there are no towels in the swimming pool.

Overall, it was a phenomenal experience.

My only suggestion would be regarding the breakfast buffet: they are open til 10:30am, however for those of us who enjoy a late breakfast, they tend to start putting away all the food by 10:20am, and they are very fast and efficient at doing this, so there is not much left by 10:30am. And they ask us to leave by 10:50ish to prepare for the next event

I personally just didn't enjoy being rushed while eating a late breakfast.

    And the breakfast is amazing!!!

Really nice unexpected stay in this hotel. The rooms were good, not super luxurious, but perfectly fine. The room service was excellent, I think it was one of the best steaks I have ever had in a hotel. The star of this hotel is its gym.. it’s commercial grade, one of the best and biggest gyms I have ever seen in a hotel!

Convenient location on the edge of the Old Town, large room, great cuisine, but most importantly - absolutely amazing staff! I had to spend my 5 days of quarantine there and they have done everything possible to make it a pleasant experience - and they succeeded :)

A Very good Hilton Stay !
I stayed for 4 nights last Christmas.
Is a large and modern hotel.
The rooms are large and very clean.
The breakfast, as in all Hilton rich with good quality.
Large building with large spaces for strolling and shopping
in the shops inside the hotel.
Has a large modern indoor pool ,Turkish bath and jacuzzi
    free for customers.
The staff especially there is very friendly.
The "Cloud 9 Sky Bar" is one of the best rooftop bar I've been in Europe with a fantastic panoramic view across the Prague !!

The only thing that makes me not rate it 5 , is that we booked an executive room and the bathroom was not properly cleaned , papers in the bin and spots on the toilet sit.

By comparison one of the best hotels we have been to.

Hilton Prague really deserves my best recommendation!

We were some of the first guests after the reopening after the terrible virus that is flourishing in the world and has made it difficult for many hotels and restaurants.

I have to say that Hilton has done everything they can to make you feel safe and almost do not think there has been a virus, the staff provide a super professional approach and do their utmost to live up to the initiatives taken to take care of themselves and their guests.

We feel as welcome at the hotel and as close as our second home. The staff at check-in (Maria) was so welcoming and friendly.

The rooms we got were super nice and nicely decorated with a huge bed and incredibly tasteful.

The breakfast I could write about for a long time, even with extra efforts due to the virus, the breakfast was top and really delicious! The waiters are attentive and welcoming - I am often ashamed to see other guests who are almost unable to greet the staff or say thank you - for me it is a simple thing you can give again, especially to the staff at Hilton for they really do what they can to be there for the guests and give them a good experience - remember it!

The pool area has been given a super delicious upgrade with sauna, steam room and cold water shower - it was super delicious and really great praise from here to the hotel for the upgrades, it was lovely relaxing and just tremendously delicious!

I cannot recommend Hilton Prague enough - the reviews that are and which are not quite good, I can in no way recognize from our stay whether it is because the guests expect something no hotels can live up to or else I do not know - I can just say we will come again - we look forward to coming "home" again next time we go to Prague.

I would like to say a special thank you to the staff in and around the breakfast
    Maria at check-in / reception
    Nikola
    Tomas
    Michaela

    We will definitely come again!

Last year I've been travelling a lot around the world, and this hotel it's by far the worst experience I've had in a hotel, even if I compare it with the experience that you can have in a hostel in England or Thailand.

I've been complaining like 4 times in 10 days at reception. The staff was rude, one of them even start laughing in my face while I was complaining, unacceptable. Only one of the receptionist was really nice and kind (the one from greece).

The food at the bar it's nice but you are paying for everything double or triple than anywhere in Prague and it's not so good for the price you are paying.

    Conclusion:
It's a beautiful building for a hotel but running a business is not only having a good place to make the business.
I think someone must check if this is a 5 star hotel.

Beautiful hotel. Our awards had to be relocated here due to a roof collapse at the original venue at the last minute . The Hilton had only hours to make a successful event for 650 people from all over the globe out of nothing. A tremendous feat and I hope the Hilton recognises it's staff for a job so well done!

My stay here was hit and miss. Our key cards stopped working constantly. We had to replace them 3 times. The staff was constantly rude to us; some were quite nice though, it depended on who was working. I liked the staff at the Cafe & Bistro. They were lovely.

I did not like the layout of the hotel. The elevators were in the worst placed location ever. You had to walk SO far to get to your room.
What really set me off was the fact that the elevators didn't work one morning so when I asked one of the cleaning staff, they acted like they didn't hear me.

It's a nice hotel, our rooms were great and I loved that they worked well with our Viking River Cruises guides.

I do think they could improve on the aforementioned items though.

The hotel location is about a 10 min walk to the more central Prague 1 area. The food at the hotel was good and plentiful. The rooms were to a good standard and didn't hear any noise from other guests or the road outside. I was on the 4th floor. There is a good selection of services at the hotel, unfortunately I didn't use them. Overall a good stay.

Nice hotel with good service - but the location is a little out of the way. And the elevator is far far away from most rooms. They offer a really great breakfast with an omelet station, hot side dishes, smoked fish, cereals, breads - something for everyone.

Excellent time. The staff were lovely and upgraded our room. The breakfast was one of the best and had everything you need to start the day! The room was large and bottled water was provided. The view was great although you might not get a outside view. The pool was nice but was quite full up until about 6:00 pm. Thanks for a nice time Hilton 😀

Excellent Hotel. Comfortable beds & clean rooms. The included breakfast buffet is the best I have ever had when traveling internationally. Luci was our waitress. She was very friendly and helpful. Her English was excellent. I would like to have a complementary bottle of water each day as is done in many hotels of this caliber.

I've been to 29 countries in my life and stayed in so many hotels from 3-5 stars and this is definitely one of the worst.

    - You pay for wifi
    - You pay if you want your mini-bar to be emptied!
    - You pay to get your luggage to/from your room (totally not what a 5 stars hotel would do)
    - The hotel driver prices are ridiculously high.

All of the above would've been a bit alright if the staff was friendlier but no!

    - VERY rude staff and horrible service.
    - The phone operator/receptionist is very rude, impatient, and refuses to help in any way.
    - "Sorry", "excuse me", and "please" are words you'll never hear at this hotel.

The house keeping was the only good service with friendly staff.

    JUST STAY AWAY.

Amazing stay for our honeymoon. Although not in Old Town, the locaton is convenient enough to Uber or a nice walk. We have taken Uber to Old Town, because it was very cold during our stay, and it only cost $3-$5, and then walked back in the evenings from Old Town, about 10-20 minutes depending on where you are walking from. Also, the hotel close to the metro lines. The hotel is beautiful, lots of amenities including an executive lounge, multiple restaurants, business center, fitness center, rooftop bar, etc. Conceige has been very helpful. Service has been amazing, lots of staff around providing great service from thr front desk to the Conceige to the restaurant staff. We were even able to buy our subway tickets at the hotel shop, very convenient. The rooms are spacious and clean, and housekeeping does a great job. We are glad we stayed here to celebrate our honeymoon.

Was only visiting a guest that was living in this hotel, really enjoyed visiting.
The staff very knowledgeable and not afraid to ask you if you are in need of something. And since I am a security officer, I must say the staff of that section was awesome too.

Nice upscale western style hotel in a good location for touristy Prague. Lots of options in the area and this isn't a bad one if Hiltons are your thing. Staff was incredibly nice and professional - you'll be getting a very friendly white glove kind of experience here. Prices were reasonable by Hilton standards.

If you ask for an outside view you'll be walking a bit to get to and from the elevators, just an FYI.

What's not to love about the Hilton hotel especially at Prague? Plush room as you would expect from a hotel of this caliber, excellent service from the staff. And the space inside the hotel is huge to say the least. A awesome restaurant in reception area but rooftop bar with city view. Will definitely be staying there again next time.

Stayed here for 4 nights, amazing amenities, good food and location is okay for tourists.

The lobby is grand and amazing. The room that I stayed in was cozy but too small. Nothing that i will call out as special and unique - you can say that it is just the standard offerings that even two stars hotels will have. Staffs are very transactional no customer delight factor.

Overall, I will say that my experience with this hotel is average.
