I would like to share my experience from a closed shop with happy seeds. I bought twenty seeds from this company and received two as a gift. Unfortunately, even after three weeks of effort, not a single seed germinated. During the day, I talked about it with my girlfriend as it annoys me and my girlfriend didn't miss the chance, so I immediately caught it that I was throwing money out the window and that I should have spent it on something else, etc. Many gentlemen probably know what I'm talking about. And imagine that I receive an e-mail in the evening after this interview and it is said how satisfied I am with the purchase and if I would like to make any reviews. Well, I didn't cuddle with them at all and I gave them a really bad rating at that heurece. But then another email came this time from happy seeds. And they absolutely changed my mind. Very sensitively and humanly, they apologized and expressed regret over my problem, immediately offering another solution to my satisfaction. Warm and cordial behavior, willingness and helpfulness . I will definitely recommend Happy seeds to everyone. And I will recommend it to you too. It is a pleasure to shop with this company. And for me, all thumbs up. Ladislav Pavlíček
