  Tříhvězdičkový hotel v centru Trutnova. Personál zasluhuje nejméně čtyři hvězdy, kuchyně taktéž, u vybavení hotelu, potažmo pokojů se o tom uvažovat nedá. Hotel možná pamatuje lepší časy, ale to je asi hodně dávno. Na pokoji superior jsme měli dvojpostel, na které se dva dospělí vyspí dost špatně, ocenil bych ji širší - a to jsme štíhlí běžci. Vybavení již dnes neodpovídá standardu - TV stará minimálně 10 let.

  Personál velice příjemný. Prostředí útulné a čisté. Na pokojích vše, co bylo třeba, akorát tedy vrzající podlaha, dveře, postel; ale to se dalo přežít. Co se jídla týče už taková spokojenost není. Po první večeři v hotelu (slepená rýže, kuřecí stehno a hora kmínu) jsme měli bohužel všichni zažívací obtíže a museli hotel předčasně opustit. Na stravě by měl hotel ještě dosti zapracovat.

  Super polite and kind receptionists, and the food is VERY good. Hard to book in july though, its a busy season in town. They are very accommodating to English speakers- most of the staff are fluent.

  I dined at the restaurant of this hotel whilst passing through with my Fiancée. The waiter was astonishingly polite and attentive, I have never had such service in the Czech Republic. It was a very pleasant experience for us both, and we were sorry to rush off as we enjoyed the atmosphere. Food was average and the menu could be made more professional. Environment and music nice. Would come back! Eva, UK
