  So, this place is great but has some issues. Its interior looks good, rooms are clean and very comfortable. The hotel surroundings are nice and green as expected when you are at golf course. The staff is generally friendly and willing to help. Unless they become busy. On Sunday, the service was excellent. On Monday, the number of guests doubled and dinner has become a disaster. It was one big chaos and waiting times were very long. From my seat, it looked like a total absence of organization and lack of control from senior members of staff. It was a big fail during the otherwise very pleasant stay.

  Velké plus hotelu, to je klid. Příjemná obsluha, relativní soukromí v restauraci. Jídlo není sice TOP, ale rozhodně neurazí. Pěkné Wellness.

  Das Hotel ist was für das Auge. Tolle Zimmer und klasse Wellness Angebote. Was aber zu wünschen übrig lässt ist der Service. Da sitzt man ewig in Bereich der Bar und nichts passiert. Weder bekommt man Getränkekarte Noch kommt jemand bei leeren Gläsern zum nachbestellen oder zum abkassieren. Das Essen Ooook Preis Leistung akzeptabel. Was aber echt nervig ist sind die dünnen Wände. Wir haben jetzt 23:20 Uhr und ich muss immer noch die Diskussion vom Nachbarzimmer mit anhören. Man versteht jedes normal gesprochene Wort von neben an. Sei es noch so intim Ob man will oder nicht.

  Overall: Good relaxing atmosphere
  Half board is nice: breakfast satisfying and dinner with choice of 4 main foods
  Spa area is nice but small (1Jacuzzi for 5 persons, 1 sauna, 3 individual baths 2 places for foot procedure). Procedures are ok but you have to plan it straight when you arrive!

  Hotel itself is very nice. Perfect furniture. Forgot the kitchen – food was really poor. The wellness is quite fine equipped but it needs more competent staff. Ales
