My wife ordered a bunch of flower of 1700 kc for our friend. We ordered the express service for fast delivery in 60 min (and still we asked for deliver 4 hours later. Despite the fact that they had some issue with the payment (and we managed to do the payment 2.5 hours beforedelivery and before 7pm as they request with another card accepted by them), and our bank blocked the amount and did the payment and of course we had the proof of the bank statement - they still didn't delivered the flowers and didn't contact us to inform us that they are not going to deliver until they see the money into their bank account (whenever their bank will do it )- which is absurd.

Moreover, we called them the next day enforcing the delivery anyways, but their customer service was awful and the only thing they did was to blame us that it was our fault that the money hadn't got into their account instantly. So instead of giving them another chance, we eventually canceled our order. Really disappointing.

Always great result when ordering here. No complaints after several buys. Only the time of delivery can be off with a few hours, usually too early.

Koupil jsem kytici frezii mé babicce. Nejenze byla opravdu nadšená, ale jelikoz ji toto firma zavezla v presny čas domů vůbec nevedela od koho jsou. Dekuji

Neskutečné zklamání. Styl vázání kytice a celkový vzhled absolutně neodpovídal fotografiím prezentovaným na webových stránkách. Kytice byla reklamována. Cena kytice 900 Kč, přitom vzhled odpovídal tak ceně 250 Kč.

Klobouk dolů co tato firma předvedla. Objednáte si kytku na výročí, chcete doručení 24.8.2016 a oni to doručí 23.8.2016. GOOD JOB. Pak jim teda zavoláte, že to trošku pokazili (ale opravdu jen trošku, den sem, den tam, přece nemůže nikomu vadit) a oni, že mám napsat email reklamaci. Ok napíšu email, ještě týž den (stále bylo 23.8.2016). Firma nereaguje, ale jako omluvu pošle moji milované láhev vína a čokoládu, akorát že opět 23.8.2016. Opět trefa do černého, kdo by to řešil, většina lidí přece většinou nazývá výročím celý týden. Takže doporučuji využít jejich služeb, pokud máte nastaveno vnímání času tak nějak ledabyle.
