We had to process an american passport on short notice. It was considerably fast compared to other processing places. People were nice. No photos aloud and all electronics must be turned off and handed in.

This Embassy is the worst US Embassy in the world. They are unprofessional, rude, and are incredibly disrespectful to everyone who attempts to receive help. If you need any assistance, you honestly are better suited to going to ANY other Schengen Area US Embassy. They are bigoted and are absolutely the most unprofessional office I’ve ever witnessed.

Very poor service. To talk with real person is totally impossible. All you can do is choose a numbers for an another information. So if you have specific question don't waste your time, nobody will take care of you

Had to get a notoriety and they wouldn't even let me in the Embasy. Told me I needed an appointment online then the next appointment is in three days when I'm leaving. Anouther Useless American facilities.
