  I have been to many hotels, and this on is just a joke. I will try to be hard of facts.
  -Nice clean room
  -No amenities
  -English communication very poor
  -No knocking of the room service (I was working from the room, and I got 7 people walk in on me without knocking during 4 hours, and said they want to do something ex. check ,clean) Super Annoying, once they knocked while I was in the bathroom and I did not answer, just walked in on me and started a conversation in Czech which I do not speak
  -AC does not work well and is loud
  -No free water in the room
  -Service in general is annoying (During breakfast takes away my plate even if me or my partner are still eating, constant room check without knocking, overpriced everything)
  -Breakfast is nice and rich
  
  I general, 3 day stay was very unpleasant, will not come again and do not recommend anyone to come here if you have to work in their environment. If it is an overnight stay, I think it is nice.

  This is my favorite hotel in Prague. Nice disigne and relax atmosphere, great restorant , fintess andshopping center.

  Ten minutes by metro to city centre. Excellent access to all public transport. Even though the hotel was full, the room was quiet and relaxing. Lines at breakfast buffet a little annoying but not excessively so.

  Watch out for the Price what you pay. They trick you out with the price which they show to you when you book and the price which will be charged on your credit/debit Card (for sure higher). The trick is in double application of the Exchange rate for EUR - CZK. For me it was 7% more expensive + the Exchange fee for the conversion from CZK back to EUR from my bank.
  
  Other than that, the room air conditioning is poor! First it did not work, the cooling was so poor that the temperature was like 30°C. When the air conditioning was repaired, it still did not cool the temperature down as you would expect. And when the AC is running, it so loud, you cannot sleep.
  Terrible experience!
  When you come with your car, prepare for HIGH parking fee! Two nights: 31EURO! A joke!

  Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel sind die Erwartungen leider nicht 100%ig erfüllt worden. Die Zimmer sind dem Standard entsprechend. Leider ist dies beim Frühstück nicht ebenso. Das Angebot ist sicher verbesserungswürdig und das Personal sollte einem Gast nicht jeden leeren Teller gleich unter dem Essen schon wegräumen. Dies wirkt eher aufdringlich und nicht Service freundlich. Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt mit kleinen Abstrichen.

  Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Clean and maintained but good house keeping team. Breakfast is well laid with choices but crowded. Service is quick. Enough wardrobe and enough hangars which is super. Attached Fenix mall and metro station is an attraction. Billa super store is just the right place for your daily needs. Panda, Oriental, Chinese, Turkish eateries are icing on cake.Negatives only two tea bags provided daily, no slippers provided, toiletries limited to soap, bath shampoo sachets, no sucralose in sugar component. No free water bottles for a day inspite of high cost of room but Billa could be your saviour.English communication is weak.
