Stayed in Rooms 1 and 2 which were at ground floor level directly looking onto a busy road, across from casino and next door from kitchen. It was very noisy from 6am each morning as staff were getting breakfast ready and were extremely noisy. They did not try to be quiet or show consideration to guests in these rooms. The curtains in the room were too short for the window so people in the street could see in. Room was very basic and not very clean. Had to pay for WiFi, 3 euro per person, per device for a period of 24 hours. Breakfast was included but the food was horrible so we ended up having breakfast out. Not somewhere I would want to stay again.

Nice hotel for its price. Good location outside the centre, and you can get to the centre in 10 minutes with bus 207.
The WiFi costs an extra 3€ per day.
The traffic can disturb you if you're a light sleeper.response / report this review -

We were 6 days in this hotel. From moment that we were in the room we saw that sink is not good. The water goes very slow. We said that to the woman on the reception and she said that she will say to the other woman and other woman come second day and nothing. Next day same story. Third day she said I am calling the man to look at it. Fourth day she said he was there but nothing change. Ok that is about sink. The towels are very old and with holes. Bathroom was ok on first sight but if you see the shower and I have photo of it you can see that is not clean enough. Honestly one bag and a little bit of vinegar and problem is solved. You can say that is 3 star hotel and that is quality of 3 star hotel but I was in other 3 star hotels and they were much better. They had free wifi and pool also. The breakfast is okay but if you don't eat pork you have small options and other staff of hotel speak very bad English and than they don't know if hot dog is pig or cow. Good thing is that the hotel is close to stations but bad thing is that you are on the Main Street for police and ambulance. I see that this hotel is so proud for the price for internet. If you want to go with world and new thing you can see that regularly basic coffee bar has a free wifi and you don't. Paying for wifi in 2017 is not customer friendly. And on the pictures everything is much more beautiful than in reality. When client comes to the hotel you should greet them always, hello how are you, that is first thing of good quality. Staff don't even look at you most of times. You should have names of meals what you served then we know what we eat.

The hotel is ok, although my room was dirty when I checked in and the shower does not work. The breakfast is really good and is included in the price, which is awesome, but some of the staff are kinda rude and don't have much patience.

Well rooms are cozy. Room service is great. Staff at reception kindly helps if you ask them for route or something. Would reccomend this hotel for my friends. Talking about sound well yes there are car traffic until 22h. But it doesnt bother you while you sleep. Nearby there is great place to eat named Guston you must try it. And well there is very good connection with city centre bus stop is just in the other side of the street.

It was ok, Beds are not great. However the location is good. Do not be fooled by the looks around. It is a 20 min walk to old town and 15 to an area with lots of bars and restaurants which are reasonable. Also night club up the road too

Guest friendly hotel. Staff in the reception are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are small but, very clean and finely decorated. Free buffet breakfast is very good. Location is also very good.Only negative thing is WiFi is not free.

Great wee hotel, clean, decent breakfast included with stay and good links to the old town via a bus then the metro. The only thing missing is WiFi.
