At a right location in the city that is the business hub of the Czech Republic. Dynamic manager but junior staff needs to be motivated. Hotel's restaurant was surprisingly found closed. Near to this hotel is an authentic Budweiser pub, worth spending your evening.

There were Cockroach all over the floors. The hotelroom wasn't cleanly and the bath is horrible. If you're in the B-Part of the Hotel, you'll have a horrible Night. Insects come through the windows and the breakfast is small and undelicious.

- Location : Easy to access by car but too noisy on the roadside to sleep.
- Food : There is no Lack of food. Most people can't eat enough. Taste was not too bad.
- Room : Small but clean.
- SVC : Not good. some staff was friendly but most sraff were very rude and racist.

The hotel is great. Very friendly staff, clean and a good breakfast. We like the location. Everything what we needed. Stayed in July 17 for 2 nights (4 adults). We will come back :).

Not a nice hotel what so ever!!!!
The check in, takes to long.
It says air condition in the description of the room. There was no air condition, and it was 35 degrees in the room. They had put one little fan a fan??? That's not air condition. We were sweating from the minute we stepped foot in the room. There was an awful smell, and especially from the bathroom. It smelled like bad chemicals and mold . There was no hot water, so you could only shower in ice cold water. You would think it was nice, concedering the hot tempura in the room- but no, it's not!!!
There was no wifi as listed.
Even though we only were to stay one night, during our trip home to dk. It wasn't acceptable! I would never sleep here again.response / report this review -

We couldn't open the window in our room and it smelled horribly so that is a minus. The room was hot and you couldn't set the temperature of the radiator. There weren't locks on the bathroom doors, the showers were a pice of s*** in a way that you had to continuously hold a button for the water to pour and on top of all that it was all dirty. Oh an did I mention that the bathrooms and showers were communal there weren't any in the rooms. And did I mention there were ANTS IN THE ROOM. Just an all around awful experience. The only good thing was a mini fridge that we had on the room. But that couldn't change my rating because I would rather have a sink in the room or at least an OPENABLE WINDOW.

Worst hostel I stayed in so far. There was no ventilation in the room and the windows cannot be opened. The staff was unfriendly and we didn't get the rooms we booked. Also the showers and toilets were so dirty, we didn't dare to take a shower.

Not good.
There are many problems: mold in the corridors, leaking sinks, no internet (unless you want to like the facebook page and even if you do there is no guarantee it will work), street noise, arogant receptionist, mediocre food (including 15min queue for the coffee), creaky beds and no room service whatsoever.
On the other hand it's cheap and the localisation is decent but this alone is not enough to uphold 3 stars status.response / report this review -

Was suprised about previous comments. Good, clean rooms, everything what is needed for staying some nights. Price is Ok. Definitely recommend to others.

Most dirty Hotel ever. No lights on corridors and Toilets. Arrogant Lady at the reception. It takes a quarter hour to find the room in the darkness, because there are more same room numbers. The room itselv was ok, it has four corners and a door - and there's a TV 📺 without any connection. Never ever come back to this three stars Hotel far from the City of Brno Not a quarter star worth.
