This was the most disappointing visit to a brewery. We love this beer and wanted to have 1 beer after the visit. The only place to get beer is the restaurant. We went there and the place was completely empty. But we were told that they are fully booked and they cannot give us any beer, even not at the bar.!!!

Great tour in English More details than the tour at PU and this time the brewery was operating The smell of the malt/mash in the brewery was wonderful. The beer from the cellar maturation tank was exceptional Worth the trip for the 1400/tour.

Terrible staff at the restaurant, no smiles or service. They do not serve all budvar beers in the menu, the food is ok. To top it off they offered a english red ale instead of the great budvar we are used too. Huge disappointment. The museum tour was alright, but nothing special. This is not worth a visit unless you are a big fan of the brewery. A day wasted that could have been spent in Prague or Pilzn.

Staff wasn't friendly. At least half of the tables were empty and they wouldn't let us even have a beer. The Pilsner Urquell tour in Pilsen was much friendlier.

Really interesting tour offered in Czech, English or German for a reasonable price. You also get to taste some fresh beer during the tour. There is a fair amount of modern technology here now but also some nice throwbacks to an earlier time of brewing.

Awsome presentation and great restaurant this is not to mention the fantastic beer! Although the staff need some serious lessons in customer service (with a smile). Absolutely worth the visit!!!
